We use this contact to anticipate the end of promotions and price changes to ensure that your programs are always updated and available. As a best practice, we suggest that prices be sent to our team as soon as they are defined. This way, we can expedite the service and ensure that the prices are available as soon as they take effect.
What is the difference between the registration and distribution service and the price guarantee service?
The main difference is the need for price review. In the registration service, it is highly recommended that the school reviews the published prices, as in the case of discrepancies, the responsibility will lie with the institution. In the guarantee service, such a review is not necessary, as any discrepancies will be absorbed by Ally.
Can I register and update my prices?
No, all registrations and updates are done by our team of specialists. Your work will be limited to providing the information and guidance and reviewing what has been registered if you have not hired the guarantee service.
How long does it take to update?
The update time will depend on some variables, such as the number of items and campuses to be updated and whether the update is an offer or not. Therefore, we recommend the practice of early communication regarding price updates and alignment on when these prices need to be available for quotation. If the prices are not sent in time, our team will contact you requesting the new prices about 30 days before the expiration date.
