Frequently Asked Questions

• What is the commission rate?

  We work on a commission-sharing basis, ranging from 15% to 25% of the course value + bonuses on the service fee. We have 3 commission payment categories: experienced, intermediate, and beginner. To determine which category your agency will start in, we will evaluate your experience as an educational consultant and your sales volume on the platform.

• When do I receive my commission?

  You can request your commission payment directly from the platform as soon as it is released. The commission will be released as soon as the student's enrollment is confirmed by the school, which varies from 7 to 15 days, depending on the school.

• What if the student wants to cancel the exchange program?

  All contractual clauses must be accepted by the student or their guardian before making the program payment. Generally, a penalty fee of up to 30% of the total program value will be charged, depending on the reason for cancellation.

• What if my student’s visa is denied?

  We can offer a credit for purchasing another program.

• How does it work in case of course changes, start date changes, or accommodation changes?

  Depending on the school, a contractual penalty may apply.

• Does the school know which agency sent the student?

  Not yet. For the school, the student will be enrolled through the platform, but we are already thinking of a way to connect Ally Plus registered consultants with the schools.

• Will I lose my student to Ally?

  No, absolutely not. We do not sell directly to the end consumer. Our service is exclusively aimed at exchange agencies.
